font class="post"1b, 21You are more than welcome anytime. I've got holidays at the moment, very relaxing. You can check out the beach, I'll play you some records & we can have NZ style BBQ! We can check out all 2 of the record stores here in Auckland img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" 21 But in reality people don't come to New Zealand for records, the scenery is what's up.
Remember when 3MP cameras were beautiful objects of desire? A few years later and bam! 3MP is like looking at the world through lego-vision. The game moves on so quickly. So why is it taking so long to put out a monitor that can show a digital photo pixel-for-pixel without scrolling it around the screen?b, 21b, 21I mean, I have a paltry 7MP camera (3072 x 2304 = 7,077,888 pixels) but even with the monitor on 1280 x 1024 (AKA SXGA size), that's only 1,310,720 pixels I can see full-screen - less than a sixth. To put this into perspective, imagine reducing the clarity of your fave pix by a factor of 6. Or imagine that your best pics could look more than 6 times sharper...b, 21b, 21I did have a look for big-pixel monitors but the biggest standard seems to be QSXGA (4 times the pixels of SXGA, or basically 4 of my current monitors stuck together in a 22" screen) and they are few and far between.b, 21b, 21This bad boy seems the best but it looks painfully expensive, 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and is 56":b, 21b, 21img src="http://www.pro-4-pro.com/media/product_hires/LCD-Monitor_EYE-LCD5600QHD_4.jpg"1b, 21a href="http://www.pro-4-pro.com/en/Security/Company-13239/492127bc5c2ac.html" target="_blank"1http://www.pro-4-pro.com/en/Security/Company-13239/492127bc5c2ac.html/a1b, 21b, 21img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/WHYMUSTICRY.gif" alt="" 21
