i was there and i want to say OC cancelled, at least that date. saw tons of good shows that year in austin. pretty cool seeing those flyers again, i have the gravediggaz one at home and even an 8x10 promo pic that they were handing out, the late great too poetic even signed it. that was back when kelly, pat and bungee were doin all the flyers.
shows in austin are not the same as they once were but i can tell you theyre 100% better than the typical houston show. pharoahe and MOP played here about a year ago, 25 people showed up. UNREAL.
