creating my own ringtones

Employer just gave me a Treo 650 yesterday. Does anyone have suggestions for software I can use to convert .wav or .mp3 to ringtones for the device? Could be fun....

    why you need to convert? can't you just bluetooth the mp3 straight to the phone and use that as a ringtone?

    well, it looks like I can do this with wav files but not mp3s. I can save wav files to the sounds directory, but will probably need to get an expansion card (and I'm sure I will before too long) to file mp3s.
