I actually would like to see these used more often and it is kind of refreshing to hear some of these used in the current landscape... Especially being flipped in new and interesting ways.

This was an offensively bad piece of writing. For one thing, it could have been written ten years ago, fifteen even - he's talking about "most overused" and I'm thinking, "when's the last time someone flipped 'Papa Was Too'?"b, 21b, 21Second of all..."Ashely's Roachclip"? Really? Isn't the fact that he could only list about three songs evidence that it actually has NOT been used so much? b, 21b, 21And third: I don't see how any rational argument can be made for NOT including "Funky Drummer" as the most overused sample of all time, just based on, you know, actual quantity.
