He must be what, close to 80 now? But dude is still bringing it w/ the same youthful exuberance, working w/ some interesting artists (euro jazz dance glooove). I'm just a big fan of his distinctive convsersational delivery, perhaps my favourite jazz vocalist ever.

Anyway, check out this new cut he did w/ The Five Corners Quintet.

    never been a big fan. but the 45 on Riverside "Why Don't You Do Right?" is such a nice jazz dance tune. moved my copy from the sell to keep pile for a bit. nice stuff.
