Palin aside, Alaska is on some crazy schitt! Democrats are unlikely to have a filibuster-proof senate majority, in part, because Alaskans are re-electing Ted Stevens. Really? Ted Stevens? WTF? Someone please explain to me why Alaskans would re-elect a dude who is going to prison on some corruption shit? I hope Putin flies over Alaskan air space and pisses on them.

    To Alaskans Stevens might be a crook, but he is our crook.

    Dude brought home the bacon like no other Senator ever has, and Alaskans don't have to pay an income tax because if they need a road or a bridge or an airport Stevens gets the feds (you and me) to pay for it.
