iTunes vs Scratch

These 2 suckers keep fighting on my computer. I have the read ACC files click on Scratch but it's still not reading some of my iTunes stuff I downloaded from the iTunes web site. Is it new iTunes protections causing this? In iTunes the files won't convert from ACC to MP3 because they are protected. Any help would be nice.     I think itunes purchased files are made to intentionally cause issues with non-itunes software, try getting your files from amazon or somewhere else. Sorry I don't know of a better solution. Didn't someone have a similar issue they posted on a few months ago, try searching for that thread.
