The combination of heavy rain, secret service shadows in the background and emphatic Obama hand gestures could be a still from one of those Clear and Present Danger-type movies. And you know that rain is freezing cold too cause in that third pic I posted, the woman's face is purple. I think knowing that makes these photos a little more amazing and I can understand why people are fans of his photos. Even from a superficial level, Obama looks crazy presidential.
