Ways to OG Check

If the record is super clean, but looks OG, I usually look at the discoloration of the inner sleeve, and also find myself sniffing the inside of the cover (trying not to let anyone see me in the process). If there's a old, musty, smoky, cedar smell, it's an OG. Does anyone else sniff on occassion? b,121b,121 img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headz.gif" alt="" /1

    yea i do the sniff test too.b,121b, 21i guess for some (like the Blue Note, Capitol, Impulse etc.) you can tell whether its the 1st press or 2nd press from their label on the record.
