I'm playing this event in NYC this Monday night. All strutters and fam welcome! It's free just go online and rsvp. I'm gonna hang around on Tuesday. I'm hitting up all the usual record spots and a few sneaker spots as well. Does anyone know of a shop in soho that has original 80's gear? I read about it on a blog but forget what it was called? Also, looking for any spots that do custom Dapper Dan style jump offs. Wouldn't mind playing on Tuesday night as well if anyone got any hook ups.     Hey, does this mean the Massive Monkeys won't be in SF this weekend? They're one of my favorite crews and I was hoping to catch them at Mighty 4 tomorrow.

    I remember seeing a pair of vintage Cazals like the ones Run DMC use to rock over there but they were going for like $350.
