    b,121b,121/object1b,121b,121true b,121b,121h,121b,121b,121b,121b,121Even his laughs when Obama poked fun at him seemed like genuine good natured laughs as opposed to the fake "i f*cking hate this guy" laughs/smiles during last night's debate. b,121b,121Stuff like this makes me so conflicted about him because in non-election mode, I believe he is a decent person with a tragic flaw of doing whatever it takes to be prez - even at the expense of his morals and his reputation. A co-worker of mine likened it to a Faustian deal, which i thought was spot on. It's refreshing and familiar to see this side of him, but it also makes me sad about american politics and sad for him.

    b,121b,121Ever since the candidates became obvious I've been really worried about this - it is obvious that because McCain knows this his last chance he's probably willing to do anything to achieve the office...b,121b,121b,121But yeah, he came off as funny and compassionate tonight and I felt weird about it too... cuz he if he manages to be this likeable at actual campaign appearances it might start to make a difference...
