Normally, I'd avoid any overtly 20-something comedy but damn that Michael Cera and his "Cuzak-for-the-00s" charm!b,121b,121Seriously, this any good?

I was surprised to see that it was directed by the same dude who did Raising Victor Vargas, which I thought was such a nice, little film. My opinion of it jumped a bit, but probably not enough to catch in the theater.

  • It's too bad the Arrested Development is on the backburner because Cera is too busy/expensive/etc..or at least that is what I read. Who knows, though?

font class="post"1b,121b,121i liked RVV as well, and saw N+N on the strength of that and Cera, expecting a quirky little romance. Instead I got Juno Pt. 2. img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/WHYMUSTICRY.gif" alt="" 21 img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hi.gif" alt="" 21

not much to explain, I just thought Juno was trash... the hyperactively coy dialogue made me gag from minute one; this one is a slightly toned down and less annoying effort in the same vein. He's charming in both, but the movies are not to my taste and not well-made IMO.

  • I liked Juno but thought Infinite Playlist was a waste of time.b,121b,121Given the movie title and premise, there wasn't even that many music references.

  • What's the classic movie that "Nick and Norah" is a play off of/nod to?
