He was transported to a burn center in Augusta, Georgia, where he was listed in critical condition.b,121b,121Barker had performed Friday night at an event alongside Perry Farrell, the former Jane's Addiction singer, as well as Gavin DeGraw and DJ AM. It was not immediately clear whether any of those performers were traveling with Barker.b,121b,121Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said the plane carrying six people was departing shortly before midnight Friday from Columbia when air traffic controllers reporting seeing sparks. She said the plane went off the runway and crashed on a nearby road.b,121b,121Bergen said the Lear 60 was headed to Van Nuys, California. She was unable to confirm the names of who was on board the plane.

    I read elsewhere that they've both been updated to stable condition which is good to hear.b,121b,121My thoughts are with them and friends and family of those who didn't survive.

    I read that AM & Travis jumped from the plane before it crashed and were trying to extinguish themselves...such a tragic story...it's amazing they survived this...the really sad part is apparently they remember everything...

    I was just listening to their mixtape thingy on the weekend and then saw the shit on the news...kinda surreal!b,121b,121Hope they get well and they aint left with injurys that will not allow them to perform anymore. Sad that his assistant died, that shit can weigh down on the mind over time...hope he doest feel responsible....b,121b,121sad and crazy....
