iPhone Help Please.

So when the virus got me and I had to reinstall XP last week, I lost my iTunes stuff. Fortunately, I had backed up my mp3's by dragging them to the external, but I did not save the libraries. Now I need to sync my iPhone but iTunes won't do it because it says I'm already synced to another library. The only option it gives me is to delete everything from the phone and start over. Since I had to wipe Outlook clean too, my iPhone is the only thing I have that has all my contacts, calendar info, notes, etc.b,121b,121How can I fix this?? If I absotively posilutely need to start from scratch, shouldn't there be a way to save everything that's on the phone so that I can put it back on there when I sync again??b,121b,121Thanks in advance!

    Not sure if this makes any sense but you may want to try and install "Air Sharing", it allows you to manage files between your computer and iphone via wifi, as if the phone is an external hard drive. You??ll probably be able to drag all folders/files from your iphone...b,121b,121Good luck!
