New Google browser - Chrome (SUPERFAST)

I'm browsing SS with it right now. Has a few quirks, but this is definitely a good start. I'm liking how light it is and searching from the url bar. In case you wanted to check it out:b,121b,121http://www.google.com/chrome

    I'm trying it out now, and it is pretty fast. Considering that I'm not too thrilled with some of the changes in Firefox 3, I might just switch to this.

    Nice but it won't make me switch from FF3. Still, IE held back the development of the internet for many years so anything that takes market share away from IE is good in my book. Anyone that's designed a webpage knows what I'm talking about.

    b,121b,121True but they also have an incognito feature which lets you surf websites undetected. IE8 is supposed to contain a similar feature. I guess they just beat them to the punch.b,121b,121Some things load faster, some don't. Gmail seems slower in Chrome but other pages generally load faster. Images load slower than FF3 though.

    I'm currently posting from one of those "one laptop per child" machines. The native browser on this thing is the ultimate in "simplistic." the keys are tiny, too. shit looks like a speak-n-read.

Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window.
