selling off your cd's vs. your vinyl

I don't know if it's because duping is so easy and the sheer volume of format choices to do so, but I find selling cd's so much easier to stomach than vinyl.I know a lot of you have gotten over parting with records, but I'm still hesitant, even trading sometimes, like "Am I ever going to be looking/have a need for this again".But for cd's I can't even give it a second thought. That doesn't mean I'm dropping off "breaking atoms" to the post anytime soon, but still.

    Ha Ha! Serious.

I have probably sold off as many CDs as the next guy, but I keep most of my Blue Notes cuz they tend to disappear off the market and remain "Out of print" for years at a stretch. And I have reached closure with my being a music collector first and a vinyl collector close second.
