Who can make their pecs flex up and down. Do you need to be a body builder in order to do it? Or can you be a moderately fit beer drinking fool and still do it. I can't ... so I ask.

    i can. not a body builder. i think its genetic, like wiggling your ears...although i do some bench pressing, so maybe not completely.

    I'm 5'10" 230 and can do it, although I shouldn't. So, being in shape doesn't have much to do with it.

    it's really easy, once you get used to it...

    not genetic. try to concentrate and see what muscle it is. flex it while lifting sth and then try to find the muscle without any weight. it's pretty easy once you found that certain nerve!
