weird Sex Pistols "Spunk"...Fleetwood Mac?

got a copy here with the original Blank label for the famous Sex Pistols boot "Spunk"...however it has nothing but flanged out Fleetwood Mac covers on it like "Green Manalishi", "Sentimental Lady"...weird...anybody know anything about this?
