someone won a record off me beginning of March for $20 and instead of sending me $10 on top of that for intl shipping they sent me $20 because i told them i would send it Priority.i guess i forgot and sent it air mail which to Japan can take a while. now this kid is yelling and screaming that it hasnt gotten there yet.i will admit i made the mistake.he filed a claim against me through PayPal.what do i do next? offer him his $10 back???what if he doesnt take it? does he then have the right to get all his money back on an LP that will reach him in due time?

    Yes. I forgot to ship one dude's record out not once, but twice. I felt so bad I refunded the shipping and the cost of the record.
