Recommend Me A Digi Cam

i am looking for a camera for between $80-100. I am not being a cheap bastard but i really dont get too much use out of a camera.what i would like is something that takes pretty good quality photos. something not super big and bulky. something that can hold a lot of pics and over 5 minutes of video. and most importantly something with a good battery life....anyone?

    I got a Fujifilm one with 2Gb SD card for 2 bills in Japan.
