    I think the last time he hosted was a couple of years ago, and if I remember correctly, he killed it.

    Dude always kills it because he's usually better than the script, SNL or otherwise.

    SNL isn't known for breaking the streak when it comes to recurring characters. In this case, that's a good thing.
