    Pretty sure this is the arranger better known as William S. Fischer. Check out "Circles" on Embryo.

    he had a hand in bunch of great albums. great arranger..chek out "experience in e" by cannonball adderly.

    What I like in the Andy Bey's record is the songs, I mean the compositions are great plus the way Bill Fischer plays synthesizers and keys is totally

    And this is 1974 not 1970, funkier[/b] than both albums you mentioned.

    I'm looking for something as funky (with synths) as "Experience and Judgment" but I doubt it exists...

    Wasn't Bill Fischer involved with the first Roy Ayers Ubiquity album?
    I think that one qualifies as funky

    I think the keyboard player for 9th Creation on their first album 'Bubble Gum' was called Fischer, but even if he was I don't think it's the same guy..
