Need the sample source of a Lootpack track

Does anyone know what the little bit at the beginning of Lootpack's "Verbal Experiments" is from? I checked the-breaks.com and it's not on there, so I thought I'd pop in here. Thanks in advance!

    Out of curiosity, what do you want to know the sample for? Are you trying to make your own version of a song somebody else already made?
