psych ID help? What: language/country/artist?

I think its Eastern European, I've only got a snippet.http://www.zshare.net/audio/97146284a9a2fa/Any idea what language the singer is singing in? Or even what country its from? I'm not optimistic for finding the artist/song name, but I wish I had something to go on...

    rather not Polish, not Czech, rather not Romanian, not Greek. Not Turkish. It could be Hungarian?

    i'd even say Russian, maybe Lithuanian? do you have more singing?

    might also be from former yugoslavia. doesnt sound hungarian...def a slavic language id say...

    Sorry, no more singing (but I've got more leslie guitar solo)

    I might rule out Russian, just 'cause the Soviets weren't putting out too many all out Western style rock records like this in the 70s?
