Live Deluxe (question for NYC people)

anyone ever come across this record out in the field?it is a blues band doing some covers and originals all recorded live between 86-87sound quality is pretty poor but its got a few nice cuts on ittrying to find out some more info on it...i am sure it is pretty common since i found it sealed...
