One of the members went on to have a career as a Raffi-like children's entertainer.2)Azitis "From This Place"Local Sacramento, California Christian rock band.3)Bow St. Runners "Another Face" North Carolina psych band that released one LP on the Token's "B.T. Puppy" label.4)Oydessy "Churchyard" Local Long Island, NY band.5)Gandalf "Nature Boy" Psych version of the Nat King Cole hit written by the beatnick/mystic Eben Ahbez in the 50's. Gandalf released one LP on Capitol.6)St. Stephen "Bright Lights" 7)Highway "Bright Side" Local Minnesota band from 1974. 8)Frumious Bandersnatch "Hearts To Cry" Very rare purple vinyl 7" EP released in San Fran in the 60's. Bass player was later in Journey!!9)Majic Ship "Wednesday Morning Dew" Local Long Island band that released one LP on the Atlantic funded Bel Ami label. 10)Yesterday's Children "Sailing" Released one LP on the Map City label.11)Darius "Mist Veiled Garden" 1968 LP released on the L.A. Chartmaker label.12)Timmothy "Blue & Gray" Neil Young influenced to the max. From the locally released Michigan "Strange But True" LP.13)Cykle "If You Can" From the unbelivably rural Lumberton, North Carolina, they released one very rare LP of great teen garage. 14)Probe "Saga" Ultra rare Midwest monster released in a limited press of a few hundred copies. 15)Twink "10,000 Voices In A Cardboard Box" Pink Faries drummer records a solo LP with the Deviants. 16)Felt "Destination" Local Alabama band with teen-age guitar whiz Myke Jackson. Released one LP on the Nasco label. 17)Sweet Magnolia Band "Ten Days Over 23 Years" Local Little Rock, Arkansas band heavily influenced by The Band. 18)Tracks "Lethargy" New England band that released a 3-LP box set in the early 70's.

  • Been listening to this in the car lately. "Wednesday Morning Dew" is a prime candidate for the Downer Psych Mix I'm compiling.
