It's a win-win situation. And there's bulk discount for any
Ha, that wasn't aimed at you... specifically.
Monkerun rolled through right at the end and still left with nearly 30 bits. GCS and BeeGees braeks for minutes, plus the og sample of "This is a journey into ... sound" for a buck. Can't go wrong really.
I might do it again next week so set your clocks.
Maybe next Friday or one after??? I'll give you a shout.
Ok, do you truly honestly believe with as many record hounds there are these days and times there is still "SECRET" record spots?
If YOU know about it, someone else does too!
I dunno about Jersey, but I know I have a secret spot in ***. 2 years going there and I've never seen a digger, just one old guy looking for mono ******* and Ray *******s. Problem is, vendors have stopped bringing ***** due to not enough demand. It's all about the porno DVDs now, so I only go about once month... to look for records that is.
As far as I can tell, what's crackin in Jersey is the estate auctions, but you need $$ and a place to offload bad furniture and old A/Cs.
my one record spot has been a consistent source of good, weekly vinyl scores for 6+ years. sure there are "record hounds" that go there, but they don't dig for what i do. let them dig for doo wop or classic rock...i'll take drum breaks all day.
i feel what you are saying, but truly, honestly, IMO there are a few unknown spots. just my $.02.
SoulStrut Factor--no longer a factor?
Well, it's still there for $3. The frequency this is posted in Finds always amazes me considering the lil dude clowning that goes on round here. But he just don't do that much for me, neither does Curtis. [ ban this foll ]
