e bay does it again!!!

So i paid my e bay listing fees yesterday with paypal money and here these assholes come again charging my personal account. I've paid them before with paypal funds and this has never happened. They tell me they charged me twice what a damn mistake but now my bank doesn't see that unauthorized charge so the only option is wait and file a long dispute that make take days or weeks. Oh, yeah ebay chat to handle this affair is Bullshit and I only get a refund of the current amount of my listing fee!!!! I'm done with ebay!!!!
