Lots of you guys dj, so this seems like a relevant question. Lately I've noticed that my hands get really tense when I'm playing instruments, drawing, or doing concerted writing. I'm trying to stay focused on keeping my hands relaxed when I realize that I'm doing it. Any tips for keeping one's hands as supple as a 3 musketeers bar?b/w(why the hell were the three musketeers swashbucklers, and not riflemen?)

Strap up at night for awhile and you should feel a difference in a couple of weeks or so.

Also, look into a trackball if you're on the computer all day.

Keep your wrists elevated when mixing and typing... really helps. I used to have to wear the brace when I was programming... felt like such a turd.

Does it do something specific while you sleep, or is it just 'training' the hand/wrist?

I'm going to invest in the elvation advice.

    Thanks dudes.

Nothing magical, it just keeps your wrist straight while you sleep. You'd be surprised the kinds of effed up positions your arm ends up in throughout the night. The brace definitely helped me out, and I was strugglin'.
