Roy Ayers - Lots Of Love LP Help

I just got a sealed copy of the Roy Ayers record "Lots Of Love" on Uno Melodic. I understand there is a reissue out there. Mine looks right, smells right, is aged right (yellowing of inner sleeve) but I'm still unsure. The words "BRAIN FOOD" are etched in the dead wax of side A while "FOOD BRAIN" is etched on side B. There's also a UM # etched on bothe sides. Is it real or is it memorex? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,MCF
