After this thread I promptly did an internet search and found a copy at Moe's Books in Berkeley. I called and had them place it on hold for me, only to arrive and be told that an order was placed online hours before I called. Needless to say I was crushed.I need this book yall. Perhaps one of you has buyers remorse? At the very least I wanna make high quality scans of each page so maybe one of you can lend it to me? Some sort of perks await....Thanks
