So I was pleasantly surprised when M-1 Global (now Fedor's organization), got some of the best Pride fighters and are hosting a New Year's Eve event again. Fedor mentioned somewhere that the reason he didn't want to join UFC is because he wanted there to be other organizations, so that the sport of MMA can thrive as a whole. My post-Pride gloom is slowly going away, as HERO's and K-1 are taking over as the premier MMA/kickboxing orgs. Who knows, maybe M-1 will turn into the next big thing, and they could replace Pride in Japan as well. Yarennoka 2007
