No joke! I want them for scans, so the vinyl condition doesn't really matter as long as the label hasn't been completely torn off or something. Cover should be VG+ or better but I'll take them in worse condition if the damage is confined to seam splitting. I pay 15% of NM value (although everything is negotiable).
