    The artist is Tony Munzlinger......and it's not for sale.....at least not until my jazz collector/tattoo artist buddy gets to see it.

    There's a NM one on Amazon for $100. It's probably been there for 2 years.

    The one time I found this for sale in the real world,
    they wanted around $100 for it, too ... I was tempted
    but didn't really have the loot. I spent a good while
    just looking through it, though - and keep hoping I'll
    find it a yard sale or something

    neither would i, id scan it most likely if i was going to do this. id hate to see somebody rip this book apart.
