Did anyone else see this? Maybe I'm having a premature reaction - but I desperately want those two plus hours of my life back AND the doe. I was so bummed out - I KNEW going in that Richard Kelly was going to merk it....I was AMPED.....and that shit was horrific. Van Damm it was wack. Wondering if anyone else caught this - and if so - did anyone dare enjoy it?

    It looked like a a pile of hot garbage. Song and dance numbers with The Rock set in some police state future did not sound like a good movie to me.
    Just be glad you didn't see the original un-edited version. I heard that shit was like 3+ hrs long!

    I heard this movie wasn't going to get released for a long time cause it was so bad. I'm kind of curious cause I liked Donnie Darko, I liked Darko because I thought it was really funny. Alot of strange stuff that made me laugh while other people thought it was artful and deep...

    Does Southland have any weird/cheesy parts that will make me laugh??
