Velvet Fog, my ass. Dude sucks, and his beats are terrible. And his tendency to show up on random episodes of Night Court?

"Chase Me Charlie" makes me think of being a very little boy and my dad playing records to/with me.
i don't really care for the man's music much, but that song will always hold a special place.

Can't believe I'm doing this but let me play devil's advocate by saying these 2 from '69:

    IMG SRC=http://www.spaceagepop.com/images/torme.jpg>http://audiophilianervosa.com/2/MelTormeAT.jpg height=270>

have a couple of semi-passable joints, including a cover of Tony Joe White's "Willie & Laura Mae Jones" and it sounds like Carol Kaye on the bass throughout.

  • I got the second one in a collection a while back, its former owner told me not to pass it up. Axelrodian Braeks Revaeled!
