Microwave - My Crates Dissapeared???? Help????

I opened Microwave and my crates are no where to be found. A little irritating. Has this happened to anyone? It must have something to do with installing the new version (8.0 I believe), but I used it a few times after the installation and all was well. Now out of no where - my crates have vanished. Anyone else? Anyone?Oh and by the way - I've been opening it without being connected to the box - so maybe that has something to do with it?
