Tide is turning here in VA. If you think the Republicans in the US Senate are nuts, you should see these idiots. Anyways, IT'S OVER!!!Also, expect Mark Warner to take John Warner's US Senate seat in 08.

    Dems took back the house last year and we had the most productive session in 2 decades. Created a $300 million rainy day fund with surplus revenues. Increased education spending at elementary and university levels. hired 100 new state troopers. Major gay rights bill grants domestic partnership rights to gay couples and bans discrimintation. State adopted plan to require local utilities to produce 25% renewables by 2025. Added 5 cent deposit to water bottles (oregon was first to have deposits back in the 70s). No junk food in schools. No Smoking in bars (hell yes).
