I lost this letter twice already. Once because Aschrock's PM inbox is full, and once because I took too long to type it.I got a lot of PMs with Questions about scooters. I'm going to try to answer them all here. If you're too embarrassed to ask about scooters in public, you might as well get over it now if you are interested in riding one. Aside from being a lot of fun to drive and easy to park, I can commute to work for 1-2 weeks on one gallon of gas. They pay themselves off very quickly.Here's some general scooter facts. Laws pertain to California only. Prices are for high quality scooters.
