Thoughts on Young Singers?

A girl friend sent this to me. I've never heard of her. I guess coming in 3rd on a Filipino talent show does that. Makes me wonder how good the person that won was.Charice Pempengco is her name.I've been watching some of her utube vidz and at 12 she does pretty well with a Whitney song.(bad vid quality)

I wish the last video was without the crowd crap.But man, pretty impressive. Any other young singers out there that can sing circles around todays biggest stars???

    Just never pay attention to "kids" singing.

    I'm sure she has a huge asian under 20 following. But being an over the hill dude. I miss out on the realness sometimes!

    I'd buy her CD.
