fixing a broken record

I know about the de-warping machines.But what about broken records, ones that are in pieces?

    never fixed a record that was in pieces but I successfully repaired 45s that had a split right to the center hole. I did id with two component glue and a piece of carpet blade. It worked but gave me problems with airport security...

    so you used epoxy and glued a carpet blade to it?
