    Out of morbid curiosity, I HAD to look up Miss (Rita) Abrams on the 'Net...according to her website, she gave up teaching grade schoolers not long after "Mill Valley" became a minor hit, and has since built up a career as a composer and writer and still resides in Mill Valley. (And Varese Sarabande reissued their lone album on CD!)
