Overseas shipping/ebay question

I've got some e-bay auctions up right now and just got the following message:---I'm interested in this and others of your items. Last question, I promise: in case I'll win more than one items, is it a problem for you to write on packet a value less than 50 usd? Please let me know so I can decide on how many items to make a bid. Ciao!---- What do you guys think? I haven't had any problems in the past but who knows...

    Only problem I see is if dude wins lots of expensive records you can't insure
    them for their real value, if you're gonna do what he's asking for.
    If he wins a couple of cheap stuff, I think it's safe to take the risk.

    I mark everything I ship overseas $9.99 USD unless it's going insured. Seems to get thorugh customs quicker and lets the buyer avoid taxes.
