paul winley repros?

I know he's a notorious bootlegger, but is there an easy way to tell an original Paul Winley pressing from a more recent pressing? ie. catalog #s give it away? plastic inner? fuzzy type on cover?..or is it just on a per record basis?

I know the Afrika Bambaata 12" on Winley has a slightly different insignia on the label. One is a circular design, and the other is the circular design w/ a black bar coming down off the bottom. I forget though which is the OG
