Does anyone know Visio? - NRR

I am learning as I go along and am having a problem that the manual or Help doesn't address and folks here who know the program well can't figure it out either.I am updating a pre-exisiting organizational chart and for some of the boxes, once I add information, all the text disappears. I thought it was a size issue, but it still happens even once I expand the shape. I also can't see any difference between the boxes that retain the edit and the ones that disappear altogether.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    AK! Anyone? I am going to lose my shit! This is so frustrating. The Visio website is useless. I'll even take guesses...
