    Nah it's talking specifically about anal cancer. Cancer of the anus. Not to be confused with cancer of the rectum or colon. They're talking about primary cancer anyway, once that shit hits the lymph system you get secondary lung, liver, bone, brain mets, it's usually nagl. Usually by the time one's anus is sore or lumpy enough or you start shitting enough blood for someone to notice and get it checked out by a doc the primary has already spread. That's why early detection is the go. For what it's worth, I haven't noticed a particular increase in anal Ca where I work (which is a cancer ward).

    Yes, I said sore, lumpy anus, and shitting blood.
