Hey,For those folks who answered those questions about age, sex/gender, and racial-ethnic representation, that paper got accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Psychology. The editor's/reviewer's issue was how respondents to a national Gallup work poll interpreted "mostly" regarding various age, racial, and sex groups relative to their counterparts in a larger study of age differences in employee engagement (i.e., "being there" mentally at work). As predicted, "mostly" was interpreted as about 65% or more (e.g., mostly > 55 years old), with smaller percentages of people estimated for remaining groups (40-55 years old and those 40 or youngers). If you want a pre-print copy of the paper, send me a PM with your email and I'll bounce it to you. Thanks for your help!!!Peace,Big Stacks from Kakalak
