hittin new york for some diggin and central america for somesunshine this january anybody recommend airlines / sites for this particularleg of the journey?tnks in advance,m

    January is peak season for flights from Northeast US to Latin America. A simple rule of thumb is cold --> hot = $$$. If you can travel domestic, to say Texas, or Florida, you are looking at much cheaper flights to Central America from there.
