Pro Tools/MPC3000 midi nightmare

It was a nightmare till I figured it out at 6:30am after an all night session.My problem was I wanted to sequence midi instruments in pro tools using the MPC. It works great if it's hardware midi'd directly to the mpc. Works good in Pro Tools with one midi track and instrument but when I add more, it would route the midi messages to the wrong instrument. It was all wonkey.Not sure what I did to make it work but maybe it was disabling "local" control in the mpc and changing the default midi through instrument to "none". Now all midis go to their correct instrument. Praise Jah!!!!!I love this new setup.
