Verve LP's: color vinyl (after hours-R)

Someone on the SH board posted some recent jazz finds, and I have never come across anything like this. The albums are titles we've all seen at one point or another, with a difference:Upon looking at the matrix numbers, these are MGM pressings. Someone said that they may have been done "after hours", which means after a regular pressing was done, someone at the plant decided to do a few extras, a one-time run. My question is, how many other Verve LP's were done this way?Another person said that they might be as as some of those records on Atlantic and other well known labels where it's on colored vinyl and the quantity is "unknown". I was wondering if anyone knows a bit more about these, and/or may have seen other albums done in a similar fashion (not counting reissues).(Thank you to the one and only "William Shears" for the use of his photos.)
